The "Procon Sheet Floor Top Concrete Method" is a construction method that uses a laminated sheet made from heat-processed non-woven fabric, such as polypropylene. It absorbs water and ultra-fine particles that rise to the surface of the concrete, removing weak layers. This promotes hydration reactions, resulting in a denser structure that helps suppress crack formation and salt damage, leading to increased longevity. Additionally, it absorbs water droplets and rainwater during curing, reducing the occurrence of uneven surfaces and minimizing repair work. By covering the concrete's finished surface with a Procon Sheet (with drainage function) and tightly adhering it with a trowel from above, it prevents cracks and addresses rainwater issues, achieving significant time savings.
